@Danny_10477 Just have the Doctor wake up on the Tardis floo with no memory of what happened. All he knows is he is the Doctor and he can traverse time and space. He picks up a companion and they got on whacky adventures. That's it. No more continuity.

Rose stemmed from the TV Movie, we found that out years after to be fair but still. I think a new series should eventually stem from here

@Danny_10477 Why do people think this is so hard? Just start out like 'Rose'. New Doctor. New companion. Very vague mentions, if any, to anything that happened before. They can fill in the gaps in a couple of years, or said and somebody eventually will. Not a big deal.

The Rani is alive in Anita Dobson who escapes the Reality War bubble universe.
Belinda's character assassination can be redeemed.
Then the Wilderness Years 2.0 can go and save the Master from the Gold Tooth
