It is shameful that MO Republicans refuse to do anything. They claim that they can't regulate these "schools" because of "religious liberty". Child sexual, physical, & emotional abuse are not religious liberty.

Wings of Hope in Polk County eventually had its owners charged & one was convicted (with essentially a slap on the wrist). Her husband died before trial. Former Gov Parson was sheriff there when the abuse was going on.

So, Epstein records show that Epstein wanted to know about girls' boarding schools. One of those he wanted checked out was Wings of Faith Academy in Stockton, MO. Women have come forward about the abuse they suffered there. Hawley & Schmitt, both senators from MO, ignored it.

Optics are important. The majority of the US hockey team look like classless, entitled, dumb jock stereotypes. The administration looks like classless, entitled, dumb jock, stolen valor stereotypes. Evidence? US women won more medals than the men and behaved with miles more class

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.

@BPUnion There was no gun brandished. An ICE agent removed the gun & ran away and THEN Pretti was executed. Plus, he had a concealed carry license and had a Constitutional and legal right to have that gun. ICE violence & murderous behavior is what is fueling the sentiment against ICE.

Border Patrol agents are trained extremely well to protect themselves, their fellow agents, and innocent third parties. When a supposed “peaceful” protester brings a weapon (such as a loaded handgun) and brandishes it, there are going to severe consequences and repercussions. We have pleaded with and warned the media and the politicians that their irresponsible, hate-filled and false rhetoric is going to get people unnecessarily hurt, or worse, killed when they portray our agents and officers as the aggressors. They have encouraged these reckless confrontations and attacks on our agents and officers who are performing their lawful duties and enforcing the laws that Congress has put on the books. The fake and dishonest media and the shameless politicians should be held accountable for willfully misleading the public and enticing these protesters and agitators. We have full confidence that when more facts are revealed, our agents and officers will be shown to have utilized justifiable force in eliminating the threat.
