DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin joined ICE officers on the ground in Virginia during an early morning operation that resulted in the arrest of a repeat criminal illegal alien previously removed multiple times from the United States. Mullin said the suspect’s record included drug possession and DUI charges while slamming Governor Spanberger’s sanctuary policies for making Virginia “a magnet for criminal illegal aliens.”

A NICE morning in Virginia.

This morning, I was on the ground with the men and women of @icegov law enforcement in Virginia. We arrested a criminal illegal, removed multiple times from our country, whose rap sheet includes drug possession and driving under the influence. Governor Spanberger’s sanctuary policies have made Virginia a magnet for criminal illegal aliens.

Erick Alban Sordo-Arteaga, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Harris County, Texas.

Nicolas Ramirez-Garcia, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for attempted second-degree forcible rape in Beaufort County, North Carolina.

DALLAS: @ICEgov is asking local authorities to NOT RELEASE two illegal aliens facing felony charges for a shooting that resulted in the DEATH of an unborn baby. Keyner Ariel Calero-Jiron, a Nicaraguan national, and a 17-year-old accomplice carried out a shooting that left three people injured — including a pregnant woman. Her unborn child died after an emergency C-section. This is an UNSPEAKABLE crime. Working alongside our partners in Dallas, we will ensure these monsters can NEVER again terrorize our communities.

.@ICEgov has ARRESTED Nahn Tu Hoang, a Vietnamese illegal immigrant who MURDERED a woman in her Texas home in 1996. Hoang shot Kathy Brown Arceneaux FIVE times and killed her. He was convicted of murder and sentenced to prison. Now, the men and women of ICE law enforcement are working to ensure this criminal is REMOVED from our nation.
