I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. My experience attending faculty senate discussions with 🍉 people is they simply refuse to understand the concept of time, place, and manner restrictions in 1A case law. To them it is entirely about whether they consider the substance of a message to be morally urgent.

@elonmusk Mr. Musk, this seems unlikely; certainly you could fund very bright, non-ideological folks to review the covid pandemic and vaccines, to come up with what might have been done different. I know lots of folks with relatives who died from covid, none who died from the vaccines.

The vaccine dosage was obviously too high and done too many times.
I had the original Wuhan virus before there was any vaccine and it was much like any other cold/flu. Bad, but not terrible.
But my second vaccine shot almost sent me to the hospital. Felt like I was dying.

He estimates that 20 000 to 60 000 people in Germany have died from the c*vid vaccine. This was said at a parliamentary enquiry commission in Germany. So why isn't this massive news being reported everywhere? Is the mainstream media that has recieved millions in funding from Bill Gates deliberately covering this up... 🤔

I would put it differently as that race is real, which is why you can tell at a glance that both of these people have mostly European ancestry. But it is also socially constructed, which is why White led the NAACP and Variety described Taylor-Joy as a "woman of color."

It sounds notably less silly if you include the abstract. I am open to the idea that it's a straw man to say "race" is only a meaningful concept if it is discrete, without clinal variation, but it's not an obviously silly distinction.
