Got to say, I had the best meal of my life in Ireland last year. At Linnane's Lobster Bar, County Clare. Local "dainties" oysters, hot seafood platter of lobster, crab, tiger prawns, mussels and clams, washed down with a pint of Murphy's. Absolutely sensational.

@GazSmith_Chef Used to have a one bowl yoke before & only used it for chips. Recently got a two drawer thingy, with 2 compartments in each. I now do a (mean) roast chicken dinner, for 5 people in an hour. All in. Game changer.

Should I take the air fryer plunge? The air fryer is the only kitchen gadget we don't have….. I just don't see the need. But all my mates swear you never look back once you get one. l have serious kitchen counter space anxiety. Pluuuuuussss I may be divorced if lland home with another gadget 🥴😝 So. are they actually worth getting? What do you really use them for? And any model recommendations? They seem to range from €30 to €300 which feels. ...confusing Do you have one ? Languishes in the cupboard or gets use ?
