Having hard conversations is unavoidable, so you might as well get good at it. Listen. Be willing to change. Say what needs to be said. Don’t back down just to end the argument or make the other person more comfortable. Speak with empathy, but never sacrifice clarity.
Happy the @NHL will be back, but without fans how do we expect players to know when to shoot the puck? How will opposing goalies know they suck? Sounds pretty boring if you ask me. A game with no shots on net and overly confident goalies
