Objections are almost entirely "moral," and based in the absurd idea that ever causing pain (to rapists, enemies, game animals) is bad.

@ShamashAran I mean men have been required to register since the 80's, and the consequence of not was being permanently inelligible for things like pell grants, government backed student loans, and a host of other things. Personnally I like the idea of making it tied to voting, and voluntary

They did not live there when the boarder shifted. They CHOSE to come to a country where the necessary language is english

I mean they kind of have a point. Los Angeles was originally part of Mexico before it was bought in 1848 is the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. I’m sure before that point everyone there predominantly spoke Spanish. Historically, the areas of present day Los Angeles was home to the Chumash and Tongva Native American tribes.

Oh humans, what are you doing?? This autistic young man between 16-18 years old was euthanised in Holland because he was joyless and terribly lonely. Poor,poor boy, instead of adults loving him and helping him, they chose to kill him instead.
