After months and months of planning we did it!! I took a few days off after to recover and today started as senior of the floor with 7 discharges and then started looking at the videos and photos when I got home, and I can tell you something, WHAT AN EVENT!!!! It was a lot of time, dedication, investment and passion that we all put together but we made the first ever NYC event indoors for over 1000 IMGs from all over the world!! On this first photo is @Drisra PGY 2 FM in Connecticut, Dr Raquel PGY 3 FM in nyc and @EspicheCarlos Chief resident at SBH who all attended since the first ever event August 1 2021 been with us since then believing and helping in the mission of connecting and helping this beautiful IMG community and giving a voice to the IMGs!! This is why I have a problem when anyone says “don’t give up” What does “don’t give up” mean? Dr. William West didn’t give up, but he gave so much that he couldn’t anymore. Was he not resilient enough? How many more Drs will we lose until we realize how messed up it all is?

Hard to quantify "Most Toxic" PD. But when you are as needy of attention as I am, I think I would be happy for ANY "Most" award. Thank you for nomination. As for US/MG, I could easily fill the prelim positions with US grads, but I like to give lift up to older grads or low scores
