Its interesting to me how devs can have high motivation when working for the company, I realised I could be a extremely motivated only if I build mine own things.

I told myself I will build my first startup by the age of 40. I am almost there, but there is only regret I haven't done this earlier #startup

I'm 20, no rich family, 0 experience in indiehacking Running off a 5 year old laptop, no premium tech, nothing fancy But I found a co-founder, shipped a SaaS product and tested it 💪 Marketing plan? No proper idea for now Guess we'll figure it out as we go!

For us devs founders its always more fun to keep building multiple products in parallel since we like building ;) Especially when we need to do marketing and sales :| but the trick is to keep focus and keep building one product, to make the best out of it #buildinpublic #startup

Most of the time, when you need answer to certain question, you just need to construct it in your head and it might as well be answered 90%

@TeeDevh Definitely true, I think you should enhance your tool with a different feature in order to differentiate from other similar tools. Maybe combine two tools in one

I built a screenshot editing tool. Then I paused it. Not because it didn't work… but because I don't see it becoming stable income. Too many similar products launching every day.

@priyankapudi wow, development expenses ? IMO before you hit 1M ARR you should do everything by yourself. Coding (if you are dev), marketing, sales. What would reliability be ?
