After 30 years building EMRs for >70 hospitals, we built a unique phone-based AI Digital Registrar for specialists working in fragmented health systems. It solves the limitations in current clinical scribes. Early results are extremely promising. Would love feedback from @Jason

@CIDJournal I'm not sure how to use this information in a high TB prevalence area in Africa. Seems to me that one would want definitive evidence (culture or at least imaging) before Rx - what am I getting wrong?
