@ConstantContact Reporting showing numbers of opens, clicked etc from my resent email. But when i click those numbers it says 'no contacts'. Why?

@ConstantContact But I've already reported your emails as SPAM and I keep receiving them. I never gave permission to @FLSenCampbell to use my email for any type of communication. Therefore, your "clients" lied to you.

We sent a test email to Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and a couple of our own addresses from @ConstantContact - Microsoft labeled it junk, straight to promotions in Google, missing on Yahoo. Something tells me the smiling faces on your luxurious web site got different results

@RSDSA The error message indicates there's an issue with your browser's saved cookies. Clear your browser's cookies (not cache) for constantcontact.com, then fully quit out of your browser before logging back in.

@IBJamon You're welcome to send us a DM with your email address(es), and we can check if they were suspended on our backend due to repeated non-existent bounce codes during that downtime.

@ConstantContact I administer my own email servers. We do not have you blocked. We had mailserver issues last week (4-14 to 4-15) and had bounces for about 13 hours. Since then I have not gotten emails from your customers. I Believe we were added to a blacklist on your end. Is that possible?

@IBJamon You can try safelisting our domains and IPs in your network: knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/email-digital-… Beyond that, it's an issue that'd need to be addressed within your email client's settings or network security.

Lol oh no I better press the buttons and make sure my @squarespace doesn’t expire…even though they used @ConstantContact to reach me and it’s an image of an email embedded into an email. Lol All jokes aside our older relatives aren’t going to need to be looked after here. 🙂‍↕️
