@edgarwabwire_ Nothing, he'll still be DP. (puppet). Riggy G will get his 4 years or so salary and if in his favor, he can vie. (biggest win for him, not even the salary)

@Malone1k The "Ruto-Gachagua" political partnership is effectively dissolved regardless of what the courts decide. The most he might get is his whole salary of the 4 years or so he was supposed to be DP...and yes, if in his favor, he can vie.

While at it, Kenta is waiting for Ksh 96.9 Billion. This money goes directly into the National Treasury to fund government "operations", salaries and debts,(majorly corruption) which won't benefit mwananchi, but missing it will lead to aggressive tax enforcement which directly affects common mwananchi. IMPORTANT ALERT! COMING UP TOMORROW, TUESDAY 28TH APRIL 2026, MILIMANI HIGH COURT, NAIROBI. HCCHRPET E216 OF 2025 - ODIOUS DEBT PETITION LODGED BY SENATOR OKIYA OMTATAH AND OTHERS A:KEY FEATURES 1.A landmark constitutional petition challenging Kenya’s public debt as “ODIOUS,” Unconstitutional borrowing of trillions without parliamentary approval, 2.Misuse of Eurobond proceeds 3.Violations of the Public Finance Management Act 4.The IMF applied to be removed from the matter as respondent on grounds of diplomatic immunity. At the same time, the institution did some investigations and presented the Government of Kenya with a report demanding information/explanation of ‘HIDDEN’ and/or ODIOUS Debts. IMF has suspended negotiations based on the report. B:RELIEFS SOUGHT 1.DECLARATION OF INVALIDITY: Court to declare unconstitutional loans “odious” and unenforceable. 2.PERSONAL LIABILITY: Hold responsible officials personally accountable for repayment. 3.INJUNCTIONS: Stop the Executive from incurring new debts without parliamentary approval and prohibit repayment of existing unconstitutional loans. C:IMPLICATIONS 1.PUBLIC INTEREST CASE: Directly affects Kenya’s taxpayers and future generations. 2.SAFEGUARDING KENYA’S NATIONAL INTEREST AND SOVEREIGNTY: Challenges unconstitutional borrowing that undermines fiscal integrity and seeks to protect Kenyan citizens from repaying illegitimate debts. It defends Kenya’s right to self-determination in economic governance and shields future generations from exploitative debt burdens. 3.DEBT ACCOUNTABILITY: Could set precedent for invalidating debts incurred unconstitutionally. 4.GLOBAL IMPLICATIONS: Challenges IMF and international predatory lenders’ complicity in financing unconstitutional and corruption debt. #DeniBandia #ReKe #DrainTheSwamp

Kenya cannot continue down a path of opaque borrowing and rising debt distress. Leadership must be held accountable but more importantly, the next administration must commit to full transparency in public finance, strict borrowing limits, and independent audits of all existing debt. The priority is not just changing leaders, but changing the system: ending waste, prosecuting corruption, and ensuring every shilling borrowed delivers measurable public value.

@MwangiHub the removal of Riggy G was a "political solution" to their systemic problem. Soprano installation was the political "solution" to their master. Removing Peter to install Paul wouldnt help, rather uprooting the whole system. (Mr. Liar)

Teenage relationships are becoming toxic nowadays. Consolata Githinji, a 22-year-old student at Murang’a University pursuing a diploma in Health Records, allegedly fell from the sixth floor of an apartment in Kileleshwa (Kaisa Gardens), where she had booked an Airbnb. She was in the company of a man identified as Tony Odhiambo, 33 years old believed to be her boyfriend. But there's no way a 33 year old man doesn't have a place of his own, chances are the man is married. CCTV footage shows the two checking in together at around 4:15 a.m. Later, a disturbance was observed inside the room, prompting a security guard to respond, though he left shortly after. Moments later, Consolata fell from the balcony and died on the spot. Police have since arrested Tony Odhiambo as investigations intensify. This incident of young girls dying under unclear circumstances in Airbnb has become rampant. Let parents thoroughly advise on the issue openly for future protection of our girls. It's her family now left in pain while she is lying waiting to be buried. Sometimes before you engage in some actions be careful about the trauma you expose your family into. Anyway may God strengthen her family during this trying moment.

@Kibet_bull The 15% is a credible statistic reflecting the burden Meru places on the national referral system, but it also highlights the urgent need for decentralized cancer care centers across Kenya to reduce the need for families to travel all the way to Nairobi.

@DrJuma_M Technically possible Politically impossible. MPs aren't "clever" in the sense of moral bravery. Unless there is a massive, sustained uprising that threatens their immediate re-election, they will not move against a President who still controls the Treasury and the party symbols.

@Kenyans We will continue like this until Kenya is banned from football. The next few weeks are critical. If the FKF cannot prove to FIFA that the ouster of Hussein Mohammed followed the law, or if the government intervenes in the dispute, Kenya could find itself back in the "bin".
