Sen. Kennedy is right. Even with republicans giving in to some concessions, democrats will never fully fund DHS. I think we need to do it as a reconciliation bill where we only need 51 votes to pass it, and add the SAVE ACT. If they force it to be done as a reconciliation bill, then all concessions are off the table.

Somebody go amend a bill- put it up to fund the employee/agencies- nothing else tied to it and VOTE. Table eveeything else and set up a time in 21 days to discuss ICE… this is ridiculous. You should all be ashamed that you are allowing American workers and their families to suffer.. AGAIN.

@RealSKeshel The issue with mail ballots is that NOBODY KNOWS WHO FILLED THEM OUT, therefore nobody knows who the voter is, therefore there is no way to determine eligibility of the voter.
