Many AI models are trained using user data, so understanding where your information goes  and how it’s used is crucial. Naima Yusuf shared the inspiring story of M-Pesa a product that began as a microfinance idea but became a revolutionary fintech solution by meeting customers where they were. Her reminder: innovation is born when we listen to real needs. Kinsi  spoke on AI policy and governance, asking powerful questions that shape the future of ethical tech: ● Who are we building systems for? ● Who benefits? ● What happens when things go wrong? ● Are marginalized voices being heard? The night was a reminder that as technology advances, our responsibility to guide it with empathy, inclusion, and awareness grows even stronger.
