@shaguncrypto We bought our first house in 1978. I had to work overtime & weekends on a regular basis & my wife worked 2 jobs. We had no central heating or double glazing & every piece of furniture in the house was 2nd hand, given to us by family.

@MetamateDaz It's not going to happen because, like me, they don't need to sell their houses. They have planned for their later years by having large pensions, and also have savings & investments. They'll gift them to their kids. You won't get a look in.

I remember a while back I said that if you make over $200k a a year and still mow your own lawn, you're doing it wrong.
