Never buying another @Hisense_USA TV ever again, and I recommend you all do the same. Forget @rtingsdotcom ; they never had to try to call customer service.

@DavidWiesel @Hisense_USA @rtingsdotcom I had the one human I got through to read it, to no avail. I've tried every variation of this (and I even got a second serial from Roku). So far, I have hard rebooted about 40 times. Nothing works, but yours if you want to try...

Literally no way to get through to a human. The phone and chat system are all AI, and they just recycle the same four messages. In theory, flashing the TV with new firmware would fix it, but my serial #, confirmed by the AI, return an "Invalid Serial" message. So I'm just dumping it and never buying Hisense again. Want a free kinda bricked TV?

How is it legal for @VerizonSupport to not allow me to cancel my phone service and continue billing me? They won't let me log into my account. They won't let me look at my account by my phone number. They won't answer the phone when I call. Is this not just theft?

@Hertz Just want to confirm two things your phone rep said to me: (1) You no longer do any price matching, despite hertz.com/rentacar/renta… and (2) you are downgrading all President's Circle members to Gold if they didn't rent enough in 2023 (even I became PC in 2024)
