Update from the pilot: a flight from Morocco was routed to the schengen area of #geneveairport instead of going to the non-schengen area so they evacuated the whole airport.

@jsontylor I see no advantages with the current model: with no competition, there's no incentive to lower prices or provide a better service yet both taxpayers and passengers are contributing to create profits. Dividend payments alone were apparently in hundreds of millions in 2021.

People complaining about "capitalism" are like teenagers complaining about their parents. 1. Most are only able to thanks to the high standard of living supplied by capitalism/their parents. 2. Most of their problems are not in fact due to capitalism/their parents.
