@British_Airways trying to get our flight home from Geneva to Heathrow. Everyone got kicked out from the airport whilst we were in passport control - but then have been provided no information on why/whats happening. Can you provide any information/assistance on what is going on?

Had the best experience with @airindia ground staff at BLR T2. As a CV Gold member, my Vistara Benefits were “supposed to” reflect in Air India after 6AM of 12th November as per the mail I received from AI and Vistara.
@airindia please provide your staff some training on humility and respect. The A350 I traveled on is probably one of the best cabins globally. But I deboarded with a bas taste in my mouth, and the reluctance to fly on AI again. I’d rather lose miles than experience the disrespect
I ended up paying ₹8959 for my upgrade, while my 2 lakh miles and 3 one way business class vouchers are in my account with no use. I think one thing I had come to expect as a CV Gold member was that the airline staff are there to assist you, not to mock you.
