This #NJDevils  teams is not too far off from being elite...This is what I feel needs to happen: 1.) Fire the entire coaching staff and replace them with an offensive rush style coach that is more of a players coach 2.) Strip Nico of the C and give it to Jack. LA did it with Brown & Kopitar and Brown stayed on the Kings 3.) Trade Mercer and either Nemec or Casey for Byfield or other elite top six scorer...maybe even two trades that shakes the core up and brings in the final piece...ala Mogilny in 2000 4.) Trade Markstrom and bring up Daws as Allen's backup
