@Hermesparcels I am waiting for parcels to arrive. I have received notifications that you have tried to deliver this but I know this isnt true as have recordings of my house that show that no one came at all.

I have tried calling and using your virtual agent all of which don't seem to do any tore than track a parcel. there seems to be no space for complaints or support at all?
