Again, Saladin NEVER claimed to be a Kurd (I challenge you to prove otherwise). He NEVER worked for a Kurdish mission or cause (I challenge you to prove otherwise). He NEVER spoke Kurdish (I challenge you to prove otherwise). Saladin was a Muslim who fought for Islam. Period. His mother's side of the family could have been of any Iranian/Persian stock, thus an Iranian/Persian name for a member of that side of the family.

@FredAprim @SoranHamarash Were you at home with his wife and kids to claim he never spoke Kurdish? His dad's brother was called Sherko, a Kurdish name. "Kurdish cause" didn't exist back then because they were not repressed you retard, there was no need for a "cause".

After WWI, colonial powers didn't just divide Kurdish land—they erased Kurdish history. Look at these 13th & 17th-century manuscripts: they explicitly call Saladin’s reign the "Kurdish State" (دولة الأكراد). Yet, @Britannica ignores this, rebranding them as merely a "Sunni Muslim dynasty." This isn't just a label; it’s the colonial erasure of a national identity. #KurdishHistory #Saladin #TwitterKurds #Historiography #DecolonizeHistory @History @WorldHistory01

That record is too old champ. Haven't you gotten bored of it yet? lol. hundreds of references prove you wrong. The book about those references and more (from the fall of Nineveh to 19th century) in Syriac, Arabic, English, French, Turkish, and Persian with photo shots of the book covers and the pages in questions included is coming out soon. You will toss that old record away, I hope. Meanwhile, enjoy these: atour.com/history/contin…

The Kurdish population in Syria is really small compared to Iraq, Iran and Turkiye. Still, it could not be trusted, because there have been no free elections or reliable census in Syria for decades. Furthermore, the presence of Kurds in Syria is the most recent as it originated after the 1925 rebellion of Sheikh Said in southern Turkiye.

@FredAprim @NenosNshemoon The book was published by the Mandate government in Iraq. And why do you think you're so clever, trying to talk about Türkiye and Iran, but you don't have the courage to look into the population of Syria?

Modern people who are known as Chaldeans are real of course. The question is, do these modern Chaldeans admit to the real history of the term Chaldean that became official since 1553 as the Vatican declared it (and has roots in an earlier action by the Vatican and Pope Eugene IV in Cyprus in 1445) and since 1830 in the modern region of Iraq with the consecration of Youhanna Hurmiz as Chaldean patriarch of Babylon in Alqosh?

@XelalHary Logic is always appreciated and welcomed. Is that why the Kurdish leadership does not allow the Iraqi army into the Kurdish region of northern Iraq? Can normal Iraqi people enter and leave the Kurdish region freely and normally?

@ZaidonSameer It is not their fault. It is the fault of the Iraqi Federal government that does not take major steps with the KRG to ensure that these things do not happen since the Kurdish region is PART of Iraq.

No, not normal. A minister should be selected from the political block that gained the most votes in elections. Remember, the Barzani is yelling and screaming about his KDP right to occupy this cabinet in the Iraqi federal government and that because the KDP won this many votes in the elections. Why not apply that same rule to the non-Kurds in the Kurdish region of northern Iraq? Why is it good for the Kurds to call for it, but not good for others?

@FredAprim @AnoAbdoka That’s completely normal. Public office is a position of service, if it weren’t him, it would be someone else. Just like you work to support your family, he has the same right to hold a good job. As Transportation Minister, he’s focused on his role and doing it well.

Nothing but propaganda and what proves it is how the KDP interfers in the political life of all the non-Kurds in northern Iraq. Why are the Yezidis not happy? Why are the Turkomans not happy? Why are the Assyrians not happy? The Barzani has managed to get a few Assyrians (Chaldeans), a few Yezidis and a few Turkomans, paid them well and they are the front face of those people to the world. What the KDP has done in elections and how it treats the real representatives of the Assyrians, Turkoman and Yezidis is well documented.

@hishyar09205113 @AnoAbdoka Lol. We cannot make heroes from non-Kurds who chose to be Kurdish slaves. What you think does not mean anything to me, because I will only state the truth and Abdoka knows it. The money he makes from the KRG and the KDP dictate who he is.

@IfindRetards He claims to be a Christian, but support the Muslim Kurds and does not support the oppressed Christian Assyrians. Remember the massacres by Kurds against the Christian Armenians (1895) and Assyrians (1843-1847) and Yezidis (1832 & 1844).

The term Kurd originated from Middle Persian term Kwrt, that was applied by the Sassanids (3rd to 7th century AD) to ALL the nomads of the Zagros Mountains. This means that the term Kurds (Kwrt) did not reflect an ethnic group, but a social class. Kurds are not Medes, because of the simple fact that many scholars admit that the Medes did not leave us with enough documentation that scholars or linguists could be used to make a comparison with any other group, such as Kurds. Soran Hamarash is a Kurdish nationalists who manipulates history to serve his own Kurdish agenda. Consider his claims that Sumerians were Kurds. It is the silliest and wildest claim. fredaprim.com/pdfs/2024/Kurd…

@SoranHamarash He's lying. Bitlisi Şerif, served Turks. In return, he brought Kurds from Zagros Kurds are not an ethnicity; it's a general name given toPersian mountaineers. Their flag was designed French in Paris in 1919." There are mixed ethnicities among them. 1270 Marco Polo travel map 👇

When Kurds had an empire 2,600 years ago, your ancestors were still hunting deer to survive. Read the basics. 700 years ago, Hayton of Corycus explicitly wrote that the Medes 'are commonly called Kurds' now. We didn't just appear; we are the continuation of an empire. #Iran

Let’s see if @tedcruz will respond to this. I dug up an archive & found a video of him hounding persecuted Christians at @indefchristians. Sincere respect for Jews, but why is Ted Cruz lecturing Middle Eastern Christians who are going extinct in real time? Shameful.
