1,000%. Let's crunch the numbers: $5/hour VA costs $900/month and finds you, say, 1 deal/month. $20/hour stateside caller finds 2 deals & costs $3,600. Or 3 deals, or 7. The difference can be that massive. I've done both. Who wouldn't pay $2,700 more for ONE more off market RE deal? Or 3 more? Also, those deals you're missing are going to your competitor. Yes, many VAs speak great English, but it's still not the same. RE owners want to talk to people that sound like them, and they don't want a pause and a script. This is why CRE bros simply calling from their iPhones in a Patagonia vest have so much success. You can have great success with cheap VAs, no doubt. But better to use them for lower value items. I don't like missing on precious RE deals that I could have gotten otherwise. Many of the comments are "But it worked for me!" Of course it did, and it can. Half court shots also work sometimes, too. But you're better off with a layup. Good is the enemy of great.

Your overseas VA cold caller sounds like s$&t on the phone - don’t fool yourself There isn’t a chance these callers are pulling down deals for you I get 1-2 calls per day. It’s always a ring, pause (auto dialer) a script, 1 objection and done Flushing money away

If you’re planning to hit the beach this summer, remember certain sunscreens can be damaging to #CoralReefs. Switching to sunscreens that contain Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide, will lessen the negative impact. #OceanConservation 📷 : daviddiez (IG)

Have you seen our new NO GLASS stickers on your compost bins? Placing glass in the compost bin makes finished compost a lot sharper than it should be (and harder to grow delicious, organic food). Let's keep glass out of the green bin. #NoGlassInCompost

Putting certain objects in the recycling bin can do more harm than good. Too many of these items like, greasy pizza boxes, yogurt cups, and plastic bags will actually contaminate a batch of recycling. Are you recycling right? Find out here: on.nrdc.org/2Jf5a6H
