@GabriellaBioMec @elvisha9 I’ve been thinking on this and something important for me was to draw boundaries between work and home. I just couldn’t work outside work hours. I needed to have a break when I could. Don’t push yourself too hard and be kind to yourself.

@elvisha9 I was stressed and overwhelmed for about 18 months. Didn’t help that I had a newborn. I was worried that I’d stop enjoying my job that I’d worked so hard for. Flash forward 6 years and I love it again and everything feels less stressful (most of the time).
