What is not generally known about the 2021 cost cap breach is that (other than a fine that doesn't count towards the cost cap), #RedBullCheats suffered no adverse consequences by the start of the 2023 season. The wind tunnel time reduction penalty was agreed towards the end of the 2022 season and was served gradually through the 2023 season. The fictitious R&D tax credit was further compounded in 2022 & 23 with an additional £4.3m overclaimed. The real overspend could be as much as £6m over 3 seasons

Did Max ever really 'have it'? The overtaking guidelines were introduced to protect Max and his illegitimate 'yield or crash' driving style. He was given criminal levels of leniency for his dangerous driving

Serious question Yesterday I was travelling westbound on the M4 around Slough at ~10am All 4 lanes were closed for 35 minutes due to animals on the road. Those animals were a duck and ~6 ducklings 1000s of motorists impacted. Has the country gone mad? @DailyMail

What happened at #AD2021 was not unfortunate. It was FRAUD. The sports governing body (@fia) CHOSE to apply their own regulations differently to the accepted interpretation. In so doing it presented an opportunity to the 2nd place driver that did not exist had the regulations been applied correctly. The Race Director, in consultation with Race Control & the stewards decided to do the illegitimate partial unlap and decided to illegitimately bring in the safety car on the same lap as unlapping cars. 2 illegitimate decisions that manufactured an illegitimate final lap shootout. The illegitimate decisions by the Race Director were ratified by the stewards after the race. An investigation followed and the highest powers in FIA ratified the illegitimate decisions made by their Race Director, claiming it was a simple 'human error'. The FIA falsely stated that there was no mechanism to change the classification, ignoring their power under Judicial and Disciplinary art 9.1.1 to refer the matter to their trusted and qualified experts on regulation interpretation, the International Court of Appeal (ICA), who have the power to overturn the result. FIA manipulated the race and fraudulently covered up their manipulation. #F1xed
