Finally after the worst webhosting week of my life (hi Mercury rx, I see you) @GoDaddy was able to resolve my issues and fix everything. I enjoyed working with the technician that resolved all my concerns and set me up with something I am much happier with.

@GoDaddy Last week I got an email, "renewal won't be possible because card is out of date". Logged in. Checked details, got confirmation its all ok. Today, you say you don't have a valid payment method on file. Are you a serious Internet company or run by a bunch of school boys

Hey @GoDaddy—I’m a long-term customer with a domain portfolio, currently being featured on national media. Your 'automated' SSL failed today, scaring away HNW investors with a 'Not Secure' warning. Your phone manager spent an hour blaming me for a documented platform glitch and refused a Case ID. Is this how you treat high-visibility CEOs during a media spike? Yesterday Pay @GoDaddy $450 to renew some of our website stuff. Today Cancelations notice via text for non payment with no explanation and all my subscriptions are current on their site. They really hate small businesses.

@GoDaddy Your system tried charging my card on 11, 13, 16 & 18 March, but my renewal date is 31 March 2026. These early attempts caused bank fees. Support isn’t responding. Please explain, confirm correct billing date, and reimburse the fees.

@GoDaddy 4+ hours on the phone over the span of 2 weeks and still can't get my commerce site issues fixed. Last comment from your support team is that by April 20 a migration they are working on the backend might fix the issue. The migration I'll be working on will be to Shopify

@GoDaddy Be careful guys Don’t link your credit card with them. They will keep on deducting money even if you disconnect your services with them. They have done it many times I will have to change my credit numbers
