美国SEC+ CFTC今天联合甩出一个超级重量级文件，终于给加密资产进行明确分类。 这算是近期加密行业最重大的事件之一。 这份文件明确了什么加密代币是“证券”（要严管）；什么不是证券（像普通商品一样自由）。 之前Gensler做SEC主席时，喜欢搞模糊战，只起诉不给明确规则，整个行业灰头土脸。 现在Atkins时代，这份文件把加密资产分成5大类： 1. 数字商品（Digital Commodities） 
BTC、ETH、SOL、XRP、ADA、DOGE、SHIB、AVAX、LINK 等包括在内，文件第14页直接列名单。 
就像黄金、白银一样，归CFTC管， 2. 数字收藏品 
NFT、meme币、游戏道具、艺术品代币等大部分不算证券。 3. 数字工具 
ENS域名、会员卡、凭证这类实用东西 ，也不算是证券。 4. 稳定币 
合规支付用的稳定币不算证券，其他看情况。 5. 数字证券 
把传统股票、债券做成代币的 → 永远是证券，继续监管。 6.额外“大福利” 挖矿、质押（staking）、空投、包装BTC（wrapped BTC，都不算发行证券。 以后美国人也能正常领空投了，不用再搞“地域屏蔽”保护自己。 一句话总结 这份文件给整个加密行业发了官方身份证。 把模糊地带干掉，给开发者、交易所、机构资金一条明路。 sec.gov/files/rules/in…

在25年11月初美国停摆结束前后说过，但是当时说的也是往上看50%上涨空间，往下看5%下跌就要止损，很好的盈亏比。一周内站上10万但观察到流动性薄弱并且跌破了我的5%止损线，马上在推特名牌说自己要知行合一，在9万6到9万8的区间内清仓了一大半手中的比特币。所以现在才会有子弹再买。 大家抄作业要抄完整一点，也要理解任何人的作业都做不到100%正确，以及主要看作业背后的解题思路。

这两天比特币涨回了7.4万美金，很多人来问是不是熊市结束了，要不要追。个人观点是：熊市还没有结束，因为流动性还没恢复。我反复说过，现在6-7万美金是可以做定投的区间。这句话的潜台词是：这并不是all in的区间。我all in的心理价是5万多，希望能有这个价格给我买满这个周期想要的比特币。 现在能不能买？可以，但是买了以后跌下去20-30%你不要慌；没买的呢如果后面没有这个5万多的机会，你也不要拍断大腿说“MD早知道不要听Gracy的”。大家DYOR。 逼逼完了，回去继续当“班马”了。

刚刚接受了@BloombergTV 关于近期#比特币过山车行情的采访。我的观点给大家总结一下（NFA、DYOR）： 尽管数据呈现涨跌互现，但我认同Bitwise @Matt_Hougan 的看法：对于持有三年以上的长期投资者而言，当前回调正是战略性买入的好机会。 为何上周币价暴跌？触发因素是美联储新候选人引发的政策不确定性，加之宏观经济与地缘政治导致的避险情绪。去年10.11事件后加密市场整体流动性趋紧，任何抛售都会迅速被放大。 后续走势？宏观因素至关重要——需关注美国量化宽松政策及全球货币供应量（M2）增长。同时看好现实世界资产（RWA）代币化作为主要应用驱动力的前景。 四年周期规律依然存在，但现已被ETF+DAT代表的华尔街资本所“平滑化”。比特币仍是最纯粹的反应流动性的资产——从3-4年周期看，当前7万美元水平堪称优质入场点（建议采用DCA分批建仓）。 谢谢我们的PR团队！🙏但下次帮我截图截个漂亮点儿睁眼的行不？ #加密货币 #BTCUSD bloomberg.com/live/asia

Bitcoin has rebounded to $74,000 these days, and many people have been asking if the bear market is over and whether they should jump in now. My personal view is that the bear market isn’t over yet, because liquidity hasn’t fully recovered. I’ve said time and again that the $60K–$70K range is a good zone for dollar-cost averaging (DCA). But not necessarily the time to go ALL IN. My target price for going ALL IN is $50K+, and I hope to be able to buy the full amount of Bitcoin I want for this cycle at that price. Should you buy now? Sure, but don’t panic if the price drops 20–30% after you buy. And for those who haven’t bought yet, if this $50K+ opportunity doesn’t come up later, don’t beat yourself up thinking, “Damn, I wish I hadn’t listened to Gracy.” Everyone, do your own research (DYOR). I’m done rambling. Time to go back to work and build the UEX you guys can trade the universally valuable assets.

Just had an interview with @BloombergTV about the recent #Bitcoin rollercoaster. Here’s my take — while our data shows mixed moves, I agree with @Matt_Hougan: this dip is a strategic buying window for those thinking long-term (3+ years). Why the drop? The triggers were Fed new leadership causing policy uncertainty + risk off sentiment due to macro and geopolitics. With overall crypto market liquidity tight after 10.10, any selling gets amplified quickly. What’s next? Macro matters most — watch for the U.S. QE and global money supply growth (M2). Also bullish on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization as a major adoption driver. Yes, 4-year cycles are still there, but now “smoothed out” by ETF + DAT flows and Wall Street timing. Bitcoin remains a pure liquidity play — and from a 3-4 year view, today’s 70K levels look like a solid entry (suggest dollar cost average).
