Day 1 covers off 84 miles visiting @Tottonians @bournemouthrfc @WimborneRFC and @NorthDorsetRFC Think we might get wet tomorrow 🌧️🌧️🚴🏻‍♂️🏉

So by this time tomorrow a new team will be underway cycling around all rugby clubs in the Regional 2 South Central league not just for @mndassoc but other charities chosen by @winchesterRFC key sponsors.

Towards the end of lockdown my Mum started losing strength in her arms and legs and in the absence of being able to see a doctor, got progressively worse over the period of a year or so. In fear and frustration at her deteriorating state, she made an attempt on her life.

Being one of the 3 support cyclists for the Long Run for rugby friends running 78 miles from Gloucester to Northampton made this my Ride to Remember. Even had the Northern Lights in the early hours of Saturday 😊
