The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has delivered 530 tons of essential aid to the people of Gaza 🇵🇸 through the Rafah crossing in 🇪🇬, which will be distributed to 22,000 families. By decree of the esteemed Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan , this assistance—procured and prepared by a delegation of the Islamic Emirate sent to the Arab Republic of Egypt 🇪🇬—has reached Gaza 🇵🇸 via the Rafah crossing. The aid, consisting of 530 tons of food supplies transported in 42 trucks and valued at nearly 500,000 US dollars, includes food items, clothing, and other essential goods. It will be distributed to approximately 22,000 families. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on influential parties to make meaningful efforts toward establishing a ceasefire in Gaza 🇵🇸. The Islamic Emirate once again reiterates its principled stance on the Palestinian issue, emphasizing that it should be resolved based on historical realities and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

United Nations Ambassador of Iran, Amir Saeid Iravani, has called on Pakistan and other countries in the region to prevent their territories from being used by the United States for attacks against Iran, describing such actions as a violation of international law and the principles of the United Nations. In a letter addressed to the António Guterres and the rotating President of the UN Security Council, he stated that these countries have, in some cases, directly participated in attacks against Iran and have also presented evidence to the Security Council in this regard. Iran has demanded compensation from these countries for the damages caused by the attacks.

Iranian officials have formally rejected a proposal from Pakistan that aimed to establish a ceasefire in the region and reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Sources from Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the plan is not intended for peace, but rather represents a “new American tactic” designed to force Iran into submission, presented through Islamabad. Tehran emphasized that control over the Strait of Hormuz is a red line for Iran and that it will never be part of any arrangement that weakens its defensive capabilities. According to Iran, such mediation efforts are futile as long as the United States continues its military pressure.

By the end of this year, Herat will be a beneficiary of gas from the TAPI project.

Railway services, transport, customs facilitation, and investment are the sectors we are currently working on seriously. Afghanistan possesses significant economic and transit potential, and we are committed to supporting the sustainability of this capacity.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan: We are serious about expanding economic relations with Afghanistan. We have opened a Kyrgyz Trade House in Kabul, and joint Kabul–Bishkek exhibitions have begun. We have also launched railway services to connect with China. The CASA-1000 Project is close to implementation. Afghanistan holds a special place in our economic programs.

The foreign policy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is based on the principles of balance and economic focus, emphasizing Islamic brotherhood, good neighborliness, mutual respect, and cooperation. In this policy, the countries of Central Asia hold a special place.

Prominent figures of the Islamic world, such as Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Al-Bukhari, and Imam Al-Tirmidhi (may Allah have mercy on them), laid the foundations of the region’s illustrious Islamic civilization. Additionally, historical and cultural personalities such as Al-Biruni, Rudaki, Mokhtumkoli Feroughi, Amir Ali Sher Nawai, and Al-Farabi have enriched our shared history. These commonalities form the foundation of Afghanistan’s relations with Central Asia.

After nearly half a century of instability, Afghanistan has now achieved genuine stability and nationwide peace under an Islamic system. The foundations of governance are strengthening day by day; administrative corruption has been eliminated, and efforts to digitize government operations are underway.

Threats posed by certain destructive elements, such as the Islamic State (ISIS), drug trafficking, illegal migration, and planned criminal activities, are our shared concerns. Afghanistan’s security institutions have taken serious measures in this regard and have acted promptly against those who sought to undermine our friendly relations.

By adopting an economy-focused policy, Afghanistan has created a favorable environment for trade and foreign investment.

The relations between Afghanistan and the countries of Central Asia are rooted in deep historical, geographical, religious, cultural, and social ties. For centuries, we have lived in this region as close neighbors, sharing a common identity, shared challenges, and a shared future.
