@philly_joe You're very much welcome, Philly! The HTC U12+ is a network unlocked GSM phone and is compatible with AT&T, T‑Mobile and Verizon Networks. However, it is not compatible with Sprint's CDMA network protocol. You can check it's network specs on our website at htc.com/us/smartphones…

@BecerrilAlan Hey, Alan! Seems your phone is detecting headset connected even when there's none. This happens when the phone headset jack shorts due to water damage, or probably just software glitch. Please check your phone under Safe Mode: bit.ly/2KntAMz & DM us what happens. Thanks!

@HTCHelp how do I open a warranty request? I tried the contact form on the website, but it doesn't appear to work, clicking submit takes me to the home page with no indication of the form submitting anything.

@tim26623284 Hi, Tim! We know how important it is to have your phone updated to a more current Android Version. However, software update availability varies depending on your phone model compatibility, network carrier & region, and are being released by batches to avoid network traffic.

@HTCHelp I'm fed up with your horrible service. I've had an HTC Bolt since December 2016 (not even 2 years) and so far it has died completely 3 separate times. I've only had my refurbished replacement for 2 weeks and the screen has already quit working! What are you going to do?
