I may have exaggerated a bit, but it was repeatedly reported that landings would not be economically viable and unreliable. I just hate that Dan is nothing but negative about Tesla and doesn‘t say anything about issues Waymo or others have! Not a single system will be 100% perfect, EVER…

Tesla is losing the robotaxi race. Waymos are travelling 448,430 fully autonomous unsupervised miles every single day. Tesla has just eight unsupervised Robotaxis, seven of which haven't been spotted for two weeks. Assuming all eight of Tesla's Robotaxis do the same daily milage as a Waymo robotaxi (149 miles), it would take Tesla's unsupervised fleet a decade to do what Waymo does in a single day. That's how far behind Tesla is. Remind me again, which is the company that can't scale?

Where are the NHTSA investigations into the over 2,700 crashes involving Tesla's self-driving software that have left at least 57 people dead? Tesla's self-driving software ran down a child at 45mph as he was getting off a school bus with its red lights flashing and stop sign extended. He suffered a fractured neck and a broken leg and had to be put on a ventilator. NHTSA's investigation is ongoing. In this case the child got up immediately and walked to the sidewalk after being hit at 6mph by the @Waymo. The child ran into the road in front of the Waymo from behind a double parked car and the Waymo braked from 17mph to 6mph to lessen the impact. NHTSA is investigating Waymo to ascertain whether its robotaxi "exercised appropriate caution" in the school zone. NHTSA should also investigate Tesla over FSD's habit of driving over double the speed limit in school zones.
