All the rich people I know love living in places with HOAs. No broken down boats. Rainbow yard signs. Grass 2 feet tall. Lack of weed control. Broken fridge on front porch. Broke people hate HOAs because they hate doing basic things to make their houses look nice.

The United States and Israel are making preparations to send nearly 12000 elite forces to Iran to their certain death. The operation is being funded by the Saudi Government, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. There is practically no war militarily or strategic possible to win Iranian in a ground operations. Iran already has 650,000 soldiers and 250,000 paramilitary troops. They also have various military operating organizations, summing up to almost 2,000,000 forces. This U.S-Israel-GCC ground operations need much more than a miracle to succeed. This is a suicidal mission, pure and simple.

China. They make some great stuff, but their bad rep comes from their factories less concerned with quality. Because they make SO MUCH stuff, it’s easy to forget how much good stuff they do make. I like to compare iPads to 100 dollar knock off pads… both are made in China - but the physical quality difference is night and day.
