Have heard a lot of voices on this and similar ideas. At the end of the day, I just want apes and our core to fucking win. It requires being thoughtful but also kinda fucking ruthless. Eliminating cruft, and as much as possible, doing it in a way that's win-win for everyone involved. Will share some more thoughts in the next couple days.
