That’s not what has been happening and it’s obvious. MPs from the Conservatives and NDP have said they were approached. If you can just buy MPs why have elections?

There’s no prize for second place, and we can’t rewrite history to fit our narrative. The Conservatives went hard on Singh without realizing that weakening the NDP ultimately benefits the Liberals. At the end of the day, this is politics—not a morality contest—which is why floor crossing happens.
