1/ ~6.5% pay cut for @BMA_Consultants. Will have significant implications for @BMA_Pensions too as many senior doctors will be better off retiring to prevent loss of final salary pension.
As for excluding @BMA_JuniorDocs that is an utterly shameful decision from @DHSCgovuk
