AWFUL customer service: Car dropped 8 am @BMW_UK sytner oldbury for a serious manufacture recall. The car wasn’t inspected at until 1pm. I was told there wasn’t enough time to fix it, contrary to what I was told initially. Car returned, serious fault remains!! @BMWGroup
