@AmericanExpress @AmexBusiness I have 2 dispute cases for fraudulent AmEx gift cards handled by @InCommPayments. One card was already drained when I opened the sealed packaging and checked the balance on the official AmEx site. The other card also had unauthorized charges. 1/2

Hello @Georgia_AG, you have a company in your state called InComm Financial services (@InCommPayments) that provides/processes gift cards. Their whole business model needs investigated. Gift card activation issues seem to be the norm based on their rating on every consumer protection web site out there. It seems like they make activation as difficult as possible (or just impossible) as part of their standard business practice, and hope enough people decide the $20 card isn't worth it and move on, letting InComm keep the cash. Please look into them ASAP especially before the Christmas season where they are in a position to rip of thousands of people.

I’ve tried resending the email with smaller images, then with a screenshot showing the bounces, then just as text - they all bounce and the guy I eventually spoke to on the phone insists there’s nothing else that can be done, I need to send the photos through (to a full inbox).
