@PenFed I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with THE worst rep, wasn't understanding what I was explaining, asked for a mgr 5x's, spent 36 minutes on hold. Been with PenFed 30+ yrs now. May be time for a change...

Great…some kind of daylight savings time issue has screwed up payments at @PenFed…or so they “think”. Hearing a lot of “my best guess is” and “Well, it COULD be” are not words to use when a customer is pissed off about $3000 of payments made 3 days ago that are “hung up.”

@PenFed imagine trying to deposit funds into my penfed account and PenFed won’t accept the funds because they claim it’s an altered/fictitious item, twice. The second time was the person issuing the funds, still PenFed denied it. FYI, this transaction is legitimate.

@PenFed No you might not because I'm usin and old phone, but the thing is that app store let me downloaded but after it finished it doest open, it stays on the logo loading, If the app was and old version or the os version is old the app store won't let downloaded, but it let me install

@PenFed Correction: We will not warranty any potential claims on the transmission. Vehicle with extended warranty was purchased in Nov. 2024 and I'm now finding out that a major component was never protected.

@GovGoneWild I need some help, I started a claim with Route 66 Extended Warranty because dealership stated I needed a transmission replacement, Route 66 sent 3rd party inspector to confirm, inspector confirmed but then underwriter denied claim because of factory suspension.

Haven't been denied credit in 25 years. @PenFed just denied me for a $16k car loan when I make $80k and the particular credit score they pulled was 791. I just find it humorous that Amex and Navy Federal are begging me to take a personal loan, and PenFed says No to car loan 🤷

@PenFed I need to speak with a supervisor, 2 have an issue escalated. I had 2 cc payments 2 months in a row reversed when I had enough money in my account to cover it. CSR was not listening and interrupting me while speaking. I am about to leave this bank by the eow if not fixed

@PenFed I processed a skip payment on both car loans last week, however, you all still took the money out of my account today. And of course you're closed for Veterans Day. In addition, I submitted for furlough pay assistance over 4 weeks ago and it still isn't processed. Why are you shitting on your customer? @orlandosentinel @fox35orlando
