It's almost like they are not trying: since April 1, there has only been one day when testing has been over 170,000 tests per day -- and yet we need to be testing 500,000+ per day, at least.

Rather than open the ACA exchanges, Trump & Alex Azar just announced another plan.
People without insurance can get cared for for free. And hospitals would get paid for at Medicare rates.
Wish there was a phrase for that.
