@InogenInc your customer service is ATROCIOUS. They were rude to my grandmother who was trying to return my grandfather’s equipment because he passed away. She had to request the shipping boxes multiple times and then asked for shipping labels and they acted like she was stupid.

@InogenInc having issues with a replaced POC that we’ve had >6mos that was replaced under warranty. The replaces machine has stopped working, and your company wont do anything. My dad cant breathe without it… #help

What is happening @InogenOne ? I call Saturday with system error on G5. No log. Call back today with all types of confusion and NO RECORD. This is a life line of CF patients. Not to be on top of things is terrible.

@InogenOne I have an Inogen 3. The battery lasts less than 4 hours. Yesterday it overheated. ( I was indoors.) I am planning a trip with a 5 1/2 hour flight time. Even with an extra battery I’m worried about this machine working properly.
