@askjcp Hi-I've sent 3 emails to support@jcp.com & never rec'd a response. I purchased a defective purse online. It has loose threads & a 1" hole by the zipper. There is no info about returns on the invoice. Do I have to pay to send a defective item back? My local Jcpenney closed
