@mikedelinquent Glad to hear you’re doing better! I just wanted to share ‘Neurofeedback’ (the Othmer method) with you, it’s incredible. It can eliminate symptoms completely. It’s a journey but I couldn’t recommend anything more than this! And a book (The Body Keeps a Score). God bless Mike

Thankfully this hasn’t happened too much since. I’ve found my way of coping and I sit here in a better place. There are difficult moments still, but a loving family support system, great friends, and music all being my strength.

Something I don’t tend to speak about that much publicly is my battle with Anxiety. This was me back in September 2020, in the middle of the pandemic admitted to A&E with what eventually was diagnosed as a Severe Anxiety Attack.
