No. Acts 2:22: Men of ISRAEL, hear these words! At Paul's conversion? No. Acts 13:16: Men of ISRAEL, and you who fear God, listen. I know that you will respond with Romans 9, "not all of Israel is Israel". But why do you quote that and ignore Paul's other passages? Such as: 1 Corinthians 10:18: Consider the people of Israel: are not those who eat the sacrifices participants in the altar? Do you see that Israel never stopped being Israel through the Bible?
