Incredibles 2 (2018) has such a weird “legacy” that it rarely has a legacy on it’s own, while the first movie is still talked about and well beloved, the second movie is the opposite… - It was one of the most wanted Pixar sequels for many years - 1 more year of production was taken away in favor of a 2018 release - The teaser and trailers were extremely hyped up - It was one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2018 - Fans *at first* loved Incredibles 2 the first time the watched it “myself included” and was a box office hit - The movie was nominated for an Oscar but lost to Spider-Verse - Then suddenly became forgotten and rarely gets talked about even almost officially a decade - Rarely anyone ever quotes Incredibles 2 compare to the first movie making it less iconic - No one ever really talks about the scenes of Incredibles 2 or why they “liked it” compare to the first movie making it less memorable - Screenslaver was so forgettable and such a terribly written villain that no one ever talks about her or even likes her compare to Syndrome - The wannabe superheroes did very little that most people don’t even remember them and didn’t like their designs - Even fans who loved Incredibles 2 the first watch “myself included” have come to realize that it really wasn’t that good and even some of the characters like Bob feels kinda out of character Overall Incredibles 2 (2018) has a depressing “legacy” because you would think that a sequel to The Incredibles (2004) would’ve been another classic, iconic and memorable installment as the first film and it was hyped as one of the most anticipated Pixar sequels, but it turned out to be a forgettable and underwhelming follow-up to a classic. It had a positive reception when it first came out but it has since gotten a mixed reception after 2018 when people started to realize that it really wasn’t a good sequel and some “including myself” even considers it a “bad sequel” and in retrospect it wasn’t worth the 14 year long wait. IMO it’s Pixar’s worst sequel because it was truly the most requested Pixar sequel only for it to come and go and was nothing worth special like the first film and the hype was all for nothing, here’s to hoping Incredibles 3 can learn the mistakes of Incredibles 2 (2018) because we need the third movie to be actually good and worth the wait.

@The0neulost Ive never seen game makers themselves mad, its always publishers or journalists. People who actually make the games understand the industry and how distribution takes money, seeing as publishers take more than 30% anyways.

@linkkling 2 firetypes on the team. Its not optimal by any stretch, but these are friends ive made over the last 20 years. Exp share is wonderful, and you can absolutely form these connections while using it, but you might end up skipping over a lower evolution or new mon on accident.

i don't think i've ever gotten a good explanation of how to play pokemon without the exp share... like i know it involves switch training and rearranging your team all the time and farming exp from chanseys but i just don't get why people prefer that. it's so inconvenient
