I’ve joined the it’s not a Tesla unless it has FSD train long time ago. Market research shows consumers will buy the lowest priced items from companies because affordability, right not Tesla are more expensive today most other evs . Sub 26k to get a Chevy ev. Consumers don’t care about what they don’t know FSD is amazing but Tesla has multiple problems to solve. 1. The price needs to be cheaper looking to the consumer and all the other ev makers (quality aside) every car is safe marketing doesn’t work, affordable cars due. 2. No one knows what FSD is? You got the worlds best thing but you clearly don’t know how to market it to non Tesla or 𝕏 people. Truth hurts. 3. Once a person knows what FSD is they need to see it in action/ test it out before buying the car cause it’s a feature of the car or is it an additional cost? This is what the consumer wants to know. Also non of the teslas on the lot are on the most recent version of FSD cause Tesla sucks at software… truth hurts. 4. Explain that this expensive car now needs a subscription to unlock a feature and your $400 monthly car payment is not guns be 500 or more to get this FSD feature. Now your consumer is like that $26k ev from so and so GM is more obtainable than this because the economy sucks. Truth hurts . See I already got it figured out but that’s for Tesla to figure out and right now they are focusing on pivoting to the next pivot

Tesla NEEDS to do a free version of FSD Delivering cars with just TACC is a fucked up situation Please Tesla, this will supercharge adoption. It’s not for me, i’m a paid FSD user. But we need to hook the users who don’t want to or can’t pay.

My mom took delivery of her second Tesla today, a Model Y Performance! Three years ago, it took a lot to convince her to give Tesla a chance. Her 2023 Model X was her first EV. When it came time for a new car this year, she said she will own nothing but Tesla the rest of her life. She relies heavily on FSD and couldn’t have a car without it. Thank you to the wonderful people at Tesla Sarasota for being so kind and accommodating to my mom today!!
