Mental to think that one year ago today I left Scotland to move to Melbourne. Instead of 10 days in Thailand on the way, I had to leave after 1 day and missed my pal's wedding. 6 flights and 4 days later I made it into Australia.. 1 hour before the border closed.

That sums up our season. No killer instinct. Score in the first half when we had everything going for us and it's a different game. Stupid mistake and bottle it. Couldnae finish our dinner. Ifs and buts, end of the day it's shite and we've lost our edge.

28 days without a single new covid case in Victoria. Almost unimaginable to think we'd be here a couple of months ago in the middle of that grim lockdown, but it's worked.
