@skindie___ I don't think I would eat raw chicken. The eggs and fish though absolutely. I especially like raw quail eggs. Raw beef I've eaten many times, with raw egg. I think part of the appeal is the difference in flavor and texture.

I think Japan is the only country in the world that eats raw chicken (sashimi) But they also eat a whole raw egg and raw fish and other raw foods What’s the appeal of raw animal proteins?

@zundamotisuki Yes I love sushi, but my favorite type is sea urchin so not technically a fish. Tuna is a close second. I can't eat salmon because it makes me sick for some reason. I'll eat pretty much any fish though. It's pretty much the only way I like fish besides fried cod.

@skindie___ Give it a try, but they're not the easiest things to make. If you do I recommend that you do what we call a steak Oscar style, which has crab lumps in the sauce with asparagus too. It is one of my favorite things in the world.

【迷惑スケボー白人男】 今日上野公園を散歩していたらば、白人の若い男性がスケボーをしている所に遭遇。JR上野駅の公園口から上野公園に続く、東京文化会館と国立西洋美術館の間の石畳である。 4月初めの午後の上野公園がどのくらいの人手かと言うと『あれ？今日って日曜だっけ？』と、平日である事を忘れるくらい。ひっきりなしに歩いてくる人と人の間を縫って道の真ん中から東京文化会館側に疾走し、波状に立つ数十センチの柵にアタックし続ける彼。『バチーン！』という破裂音が響き渡る。 こんなに人が多いところでわざわざやるなんて危なすぎる！と、ハラハラ。注意をしようにも相手は若い男である。こんな非常識な人間に逆ギレされたら怖いので近くの交番へ行き報告すると、お巡りさんは現場へすっ飛んで行き、直ちにやめさせてくれた。ご年配のお巡りさんだったが、あのダッシュと制圧の勢いは惚れ惚れするほど素晴らしかった。 以前にも大手町の常盤橋公園でスケボー白人男性を見たことがある。幅の狭い歩道脇に階段と渋沢栄一の銅像があるだけの小さな公園で、歩道から疾走してきて銅像に続く階段にアタックし、その様子を路駐した車から仲間が動画撮影していた。歩いて通りかかった私は危うくそのスケボー男にぶつかりそうになった。スケボーを何度も打ち付けたら古い階段のヘリは欠けるかもしれない。(何でこんなところでわざわざやってんのよ)と腹立たしく思ったが、柄の悪そうな男数人だったため怖くて声を掛けられなかった。 数百メートル先に交番があったので、今回と同じくお巡りさんに報告をしたが、その後どうなったかは知らない。 外国に来て迷惑行為をするのは本当にいただけない。私もバックパッカーで様々な国を訪れたが、『自分のしたい事』より『現地人の迷惑にならない事』の方が優先順位は高かった。それがその国の人や文化を尊重することだと思う。

@kengakusha1 I roast my chicken skins until browned and crispy with a little Cajun seasoning on them. They're like chips made of meat at the end and insanely delicious. If I could buy chicken skins by themselves I would, but I don't know anywhere that sells them.
