@JoseRodBPM mas tudo bem se for dinheiro sabe, eu não julgo isso. Mas talvez vc possa vir a ganhar mais na empresa que vc tá, e se vc tá feliz e pode segurar um momento a grana, talvez valha a pena ponderar, conversar com a empresa, dar tempo ao tempo...

Gente, quero abrir um diálogo aqui mas por favor vejam bem: é na boa, viu? Vamos hipotetizar: você entrou na empresa ganhando um salário que vc considera justo, que vc curtiu e ficou feliz. Em menos de 6 meses o mercado já te assedia com salários mais altos.

@camelouu Depende. O título em si não vale nada. O que pode valer é se, por ser senior, você puder tomar decisões de arquitetura, liderar a equipa, imprimir a sua visão e o seu cunho pessoal. Para mim, isso contribui para o meu “salário emocional”. Não compra melão, mas me faz feliz!

Mores duas dicas do dia aqui antes que eu esqueça de falar sobre: 1) Ficar de olho se a empresa que vc está não te promoveu para pleno ou sênior só pra te segurar sem reconhecer $$. Tô dizendo isso porque: às vezes a gente fica fixado aos títulos e esquece do que precisamos

@snapwich @kelseyhightower I also use the EpocCam Pro. I think it works great, especially because you’re no longer limited to the laptop position as your camera’s viewpoint. You can even pinch zoom to fit the frame perfectly. Plus, no cables... pure WiFi magic.

@kelseyhightower yup! i do this over wi-fi using el gato's epoccam: elgato.com/en/epoccam works great. and i have a magsafe mount above my monitor so i can put my phone up, use it, and take it down without any screws or grips.

@camelouu Eu acho que as perguntas acabam sendo desconfortáveis, porque não pensámos antes em alguns assuntos que deviam estar arrumados na cabeça: Porque é que quero mudar? O que quero encontrar na empresa para onde vou? No que eu sou forte e o que tenho de melhorar (e um plano para isso)

It costs three times more to download 1TB from @awscloud than it does to buy and have Amazon ship you an empty 1TB hard drive.

@Freguinhas @dayroux Podem saber o que procuram, mas têm uma dificuldade enorme em encontrar. Mais que 3 rondas é um exagero e, para mim, um sinal que não são capazes de identificar o que precisam de um modo eficiente.
