@aboutKP this last year has been some of the worst patient care I have ever received. Still waiting over a week to talk to a Dr about test results from an ER stint. Had to ask the ER Dr. to do their own job to refer for a test while I’m the one in the ER!? What the fuck is wrong with you now!?

After waiting for almost 3 hours @aboutKP ER I did a head count and counted 27 heads. It feels like we are not going to be seen in foreseeable future. Mind you it’s a weekday morning.

Hey @KPMemberService, please explain why the e-visit homepage has a pinkeye button but then won’t let us do an e-visit for pinkeye. Then, when we go to Urgent Care, we end up on an e-visit! That makes no sense!

Hey Kaiser, when I reschedule a procedure please don't ask me why I'm rescheduling. It's not your business. This is my body and my life. If I need to reschedule it's not your business why I need to do it. @aboutKP

@aboutKP here in ER with my kid. The homeless looking Indian doctor that I can barely understand recommending drinking more water. Getting discharged, no tests no labs done. 3rd world people create 3rd world condition and standards.

@aboutKP ....Kaiser always ends up telling me to take them to the ER, where my elderly parents have to wait hours more to be attended to. The renders Kaiser Urgent Care completely pointless for seniors.
