@kate_welsh Thanks for asking, Kate! Generally, CPAP machines don't have to be removed from carry-on bags in TSA PreCheck® lanes. However, our checkpoint officers will provide guidance if additional screening is needed on the device.

@AskTSA I can’t seem to find a definitive answer anywhere. If you have TSA Precheck, do you still have to remove your CPAP from its bag for screening?
