What a privilege to be able to join fellow @CovUniOT students and staff hearing Michael Iwama speaking about @KawaModel this afternoon. Simple things that emphasised the centrality of warm humanity in his message - his name tag included his gender pronouns.

All these reflections are are very much influenced by @KawaModel dynamics I suppose. Would be interesting to organise them into river visuals and to see how the components interact with one another. #IAmAnOT20 does anybody have any questions to ask or learning to share?
